Set up Email in Outlook

 

  • Open Outlook

 

  • Click on "Tools" -->
    • Select "Email Accounts...."

 

     

 

 

 

 

 

Select Tools

 

  • Another dialog box will open and ask for "Sever Type:
    • Select "POP3"
  • A dialog box will open --->:
    • Select "Add a new e-mail account"

Set Up

 

  • Another dialog box will open --->:

The text in red will not appear, this is for instruction only.

  • Fill in all information, be sure to check the box "Remember password".
  • Do not check the box "Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) unless you have been specifically told to do so.
  • Please replace the text "yourdomain" with your specific domain (mine would be "mail.justduckydesigns.com"

 

Step 2

 

  • Once you have filled in this information, click "Test Account Settings".
  • You should get a dialog box that looks like this-->:

Click "Close"

Step 3
You can then click: "Next" and then "Finish"
